Rating: 🎄🎄🎄
Premiere Date: November 29, 2025
Description: Fancy is determined to uphold her father’s cherished Christmas traditions, but things aren’t a smooth ride. Through all the chaos, she learns valuable lessons about faith, family, and the true meaning of Christmas.
Chemistry: Brandy did a really good job playing Fancy in this, but Jaylen fell flat. He didn’t quite match her energy and he wasn’t bad, just bland.
Plot: The story itself was refreshing. It was nice to see a grown daughter stepping in to take care of her aging mother, and I liked the added layer of making adjustments to the house for the mother’s macular degeneration.
Design: The design of this one was well enough done. There were a few exterior shots where the production team was really fighting the green foliage, but overall nothing distracting enough to pull me out of the movie.
Overall: A solid, middle-of-the-road watch. Nothing offensive, nothing exceptional—just a decent holiday movie that does what it sets out to do.
Best Enjoyed With: A warm blanket and some peanut M&Ms. No explanation for that one. Just sounds good.
